The Clothing Project provides a limited number of free clothing parcels to individuals and families who need them
Quality of clothes
The clothes are brand new and sourced from clothing stores, suppliers or donated by individuals. We are currently limiting them to t-shirts, polo shirts, women’s blouses and tops for children.
How does it work?
- Register for a referral voucher.
- Select 2 items from the store (clothes available are: tshirts, polos, children’s clothes, blouses, sweatshirts*…)
- Enter the voucher code at the checkout page. It’s first thing which needs to be done before proceeding to fill out the delivery information
- The online store is open from Monday – Wednesday (8am – 10pm)
Things to Note
You can only use the voucher once and it’s valid for two weeks.
We will not dispatch more than one clothing parcel to the same address
We’ve limited it to 2 clothing items in a parcel for now due to financial and logistical constraints.
These items are provided in good faith and Domestic Violence UK is not responsible for the quality or contents of the clothing.
Will there be much choice?
Due to the project being in the early stages at the moment, choice is fairly limited. The stock we receive also depends on what is available.
We are able to arrange for fits, sizes and black/white garments. If the ‘any colour’ field is selected, we will pack and send the colours of clothes available i.e. individual choice of colours can’t be specified at this time
Delivery information
We hope to work as fast as we can to select, pack and post these parcels through Royal Mail within 3- 5 working days
