This June we are launching our latest campaign – ‘The Portrait Project’
Our objective is to inspire hope in the lives of individuals and raise awareness on the issues of domestic and emotional abuse.
The Portrait Project
The Portrait Project is a photo shoot of individuals wearing our free #lovedoesnthurt t-shirts. Each portrait will be accompanied by a message raising awareness.
We hope to encourage positivism and support through this campaign.
The event will be held in different locations and our participants will also meet like-minded people and be a part of a project that will help in raising awareness on the issues of domestic and emotional abuse.
*The first event is taking place in North- West London.
How you can get involved
We have now fulfilled our quota for participants this time round, but we will look at running similar events (The Portrait Project – Phase 2) in the not too distant future!
Involvement doesn’t end their though! You can also support our project through sponsorship.
As a sponsor you will be helping towards positively impacting the lives of survivors. We are passionate about persisting in raising awareness of the issues still faced in the UK by survivors, and would be honoured if you would help us continue to do so.
You can also make a donation or contact surrie@domesticviolenceuk.org to discuss how you as an individual or organisation can support Domestic Violence UK.
Thank you.
